The first left-hand president, Garfield's term were cut short when he was shot in a Washington, D.C., railway station. His term as president last only six months? Alexander Graham bell tried to use one of his inventions to find the bullet in Garfields body, but he wasnt successful. Two months after being shot, Garfield die.
