Newspaper journalist Elizabeth Jane Cochran is best nown by the name Nellie Bly that was the name she use as a newspaper reporter. She ones went under cover to learn and write about the terrible conditions in which many pore people lived in New York city. Cochran, or Bly even went on a trip a round the world. She did that to beat the record of Phineas Fogg, a character in the Jules Verne book "Around the World in Eighty Days."
