AESTHETICS:
The site has a well-organized, no-frills design.

ORGANIZATION:
The main page is the index. Each unit of study has its own comprehensive index on its introduction page. Helpful navigation links are at the tops and bottoms of the pages.

REVIEW:
This great site can help train paraeducators, and all that is required is access to a computer and the Internet. The best thing about this program is that the user can work independently. The practicum activities offer a great way of practicing the skills learned in the units, and do not require lots supervision. The practicums also provide an excellent opportunity for teachers to observe the progress of the paraeducators and give important feedback. The interactive tests and pre-tests also provide feedback to users. Participants in the University of Nebraska program that produced this excellent site can record their scores.
