REVIEW:
Hotmath is a great site for teachers, students, and parents. Most of the resources require a paid subscription, but some activities are free. Students needing extra help will find step-by-step solutions for actual problems in
their textbooks. Each subject area has a list of textbooks that are
supported. Students simply click on the textbook they use in the classroom
and enter the page number of the problem that is causing them trouble. Each solution
is written in language students will understand and follows the format
of the instructions from the textbook. Subject areas included are pre-algebra, algebra I, algebra II,
geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, and more. |
