LearnZillion: Teacher "Dream Team" to Develop CCSS Curriculum

Common-Core Lesson Co. Announces Teacher 'Dream Team'

LearnZillion, an organization providing Common Core-aligned, teacher-created lessons, has released a list of the members of its 2014 teacher "Dream Team." The 200 eduators will each receive a $2,000 stipend and an all-expenses-paid trip to TeachFest, an event held in New Orleans in June, reports Education Week. Teachers will work in teams to create a more structured Common Core-aligned curriculum. 

"It's about teachers who are already creating powerful learning experiences getting to meet one another," said Eric Westendorf, co-founder of LearnZillion. "They are excited to get together and share their impact."
