Google Will No Longer Scan Student Accounts for Targeted Ads

After a recent court case, Google has announced it will no longer scan student Gmail accounts to send them ads, according to an article in DailyTech. Google changed its terms of service inconspicuously on April 15, 2014, in order to be "more transparent about its email scanning programs."
