Technology usually comes with a sizable price tag, so when we purchase technology it must be tied to increased student achievement and individualized instruction. We no longer purchase technology or equipment without doing our research; offering professional development to show how its use can impact individual student learning; and having a plan for accountability in place to ensure that the equipment will be used.
