What advice would you give to a new or struggling teacher?

I've been an English teacher for six years.To build class unity is very important, and you have to make sure that students know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Pay attention to the procedures, policies and rules in your class and whether they seem to be working.

What’s the nicest thing a student or colleague has ever done to help you?

Last year when we had a spelling bee competition, one of my students came and offered me help. I was really in need of help, because a participant was absent and he found her for me.

What is the most challenging part of teaching?

Classroom management is the key element of teaching.

Something that always gives me a good belly laugh is…

When my students talk among themselves especially about daily things, they are always funny and sweet.
