People In the News

Identify a prominent spot in your school -- a bulletin board or, preferably, a glass-enclosed bulletin board -- to display newspaper articles, pictures of children, special news items, or news of successes or awards bestowed on students, members of the faculty, or support personnel. These items can be left up for a week, a month, or all year. At the end of the school year, the items can be added to a photo album or scrapbook that will create an historical record of the school.
