Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Employees of S&S Worldwide (sponsor), Education World, the Educator's Network and its affiliates, participating prize provider(s), affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at Education World staff's discretion Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST). The time for each giveaway will be posted on Facebook. All entries must be received in the Giveaway Period.

Entry: Go to the Education World #TeacherFreebie post on Education World Facebook page. To be deemed eligible entrants must follow instructions for entry whether it be liking/sharing the posts or answering a question in the comment section. By answering the daily question, you become eligible for that day’s drawing and express consent with the official giveaway rules.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or email; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Random Drawings: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. 

Prizes/Odds: Prizes range anywhere from $50 to $200 each week. Odds of winning will depend upon the number eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries. S&S Worldwide or Education World will notify the selected winners by Facebook comment. Winners will be asked to message their full name and mailing address to either Education World or S&S Worldwide representatives via Facebook within ten (10) business days of being contacted by Education World or S&S Worldwide. Failure to respond to the notification and accept the prize by providing the required information results in forfeiture of the prize. If a selected winner provides undeliverable mailing address, is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the official rules, the winner will be disqualified and another winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. S&S Worldwide and Education World are not responsible for false of inaccurately entered contact information.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
