REVIEW:
The History Place™ has a lot of information. Its featured exhibits change frequently and highlight specific eras, events, or people in history. Topics are examined in depth and are generally divided into units for easier studying. The site has other features such as a photo and a speech of the week, essays on history from historians, and a tourism guide to historic places in America. Users can find homework help. Timely special presentations are displayed at the site as well. This is a great resource for history and current events teachers. Entire lesson plans could be created based on the information at this site. The site could also be used as an interactive tool to supplement history classes.
