REVIEW:
Almost everything a librarian would need is available here. The homepage is divided into the following areas: Library Administration,
Circulation, Automation, Reader's Advisory, Children's Services, Young Adult Services, Electronic Resources, Outreach, Reference
Technical Services, Audio/Visual, Local History/Genealogy, Support Staff, General Library Resources, Government Documents,
Collection Development, Serials and Music/Art Collections. Each of those categories is then further subdivided and altogether there
are A LOT of links here. One particularly interesting section is the FAQ for frequent question stumpers is perfect for librarians to have
handy. The section called "Deskref" also has a ton of information all in one location that is actually useful for everyone, not only librarians.
Topics there include postal information, weather information, magazine indices, book catalogs and subject area information. This is
a great place to start looking for information, it's like having your local library resources in your computer.
