Teaching Time

This interactive site gives teachers the tools to teach telling the time in a fun way.
The consistent color scheme and easy-to-read fonts on all the pages make the site user-friendly and attractive.
The layout of this site is direct and easy to follow. Tools and games are separated into different sections on the main page. Each link opens in a new window, requiring the user to close the window to return to the menu.
This is a great site for teachers who want to supplement their lessons on telling time. A large interactive clock can be manipulated as a whole-class activity to demonstrate the concepts. With the click of a button, users can change the analog clock to a digital clock. Teachers will also appreciate the ease with which they can make numerous work sheets, flashcards, and game boards to go along with the instruction. As students work on their proficiency, they will enjoy the interactive games and activities, such as matching the digital time to the appropriate analog clock.
