CONTENT:
This interactive practice and learning site allows students to improve their academic skills by practicing curriculum-based quizzes or competing with other students from around the world for prizes. The Premier registration is fee based, but teachers can register their classes free.

 

AESTHETICS:
Crania Mania is a high-energy, colorful site.

 

ORGANIZATION:
Movement through the site is intuitive. Top and bottom navigation menus appear on all pages. The quizzes appear in a pop-up window.

 

REVIEW:
Your students can practice their academic skills and sharpen test-taking skills in a fun format at Crania Mania. Teachers can register a class or several classes free at the site. Students can practice skills by taking interactive quizzes in all the major subject areas, SAT, and AP or compete with other students to win Crania Cash and bid for some neat prizes. Teachers may choose which topics and competitions are available to their students and keep track of their practice and competition scores. The site features new practice content tied to national standards every five weeks and links to the previous practices. Students must be between the ages of 13 and 18 to compete for prizes.
