The Napoleon Series
GRADE LEVEL: 9-12, Advanced

The Napoleon Series offers information on the life and times of Napoleon Bonaparte presented by the International Napoleonic Society.

The layout is appealing, with small, quick-loading graphics that add to the theme of the site.

Information is organized into three major sections: Military, Research, and Reviews. Users can choose any section of the site from the drop-down menus at the top of each page or follow the links from the main page.

This site presents information of interest to students, teachers, and anyone interested in this era of history. Under the section INS (International Napoleonic Society) are full text articles from the Napoleonic Scholarship, the society's journal. Users will find on this site primary documents, articles, maps, book reviews, and a host of other information, and an opportunity to contribute reviews and articles. The site's sections include Discussion Forum, Frequently Asked Questions, and What's New, in addition to an on-site search tool for locating information quickly.
