The Learning Page
https://accounts.learninga-z.com/accountsweb/marketing/allInOne.do?campaign=freesamples
GRADE LEVEL: K-5

CONTENT:
The Learning Page provides free, printable work sheets and lesson plans for elementary teachers or home-schooling teachers.

AESTHETICS:
The site has a pleasing layout with some nice graphics. Most of the information pages use text-based links listed on a tabbed folder layout.

ORGANIZATION:
The resources are divided into Basics Sheets and Theme Sheets. The navigation menu lets viewers know which area they are visiting, and the navigational links at the bottom of each page lets users move around the site easily.

REVIEW:
Creators of this site had busy teachers in mind. The Basics Sheets include sections on Alphabet, Money, and Numbers. Four themes --Oceans, Zoo Animals, Dinosaurs, and Insects/Spiders -- are fully developed in the Theme Sheets. Each theme includes Fact Files, Funsheets, Murals, Cut Outs, Lesson Plans, Teaching Notes, and Recommended Reading. All the work sheets are free and downloadable in .pdf format. Acrobat Reader is necessary to view them and is available to download on the site. There is even a handy Acrobat tutorial for using the software after installing it.
