REVIEW:
Artcyclopedia is an efficient way to find information concerning your favorite artist or work of art. The comprehensive database includes links to an estimated 80,000 works by 7,000 artists. Most of the artists are painters and sculptors, but artists who use other art forms are also included. The site is a great jumping off place to find the works of artists from Maria A'Becket, a 19th-century painter, to "Toots" Zynsky, an American glassmaker. Other features include a Top 30 Artists list, the Monthly Feature article, Art News, Art Links to other art sites on the Web, and a Talk Back section, where users can get the answers to their most pressing art questions.
