Online social networking involves posting a profile and other personal information on a Web site and exchanging information and chatting with people of similar interests. Many online social networks also include blogs, reviews, and music videos.
Educators and parents have expressed concern about the personal content some teens reveal on these sites and the risk of them unknowingly chatting with adult predators.
