Its the PBS series Arthur, which is based on books by author Marc Brown first aired in October 1996, viewers follow the adventures of Arthurs many freinds, such as his sister D.W. and his best buddies buster and Brain. Arthur likes to tell kids about the importance of reading. "Having fun isn't hard when you've got a library card" he says.
