Did you know that the country is also a major grower of olives dates and almonds. Tunisia, what borders Algeria and Libya, is a little larger than the state of Georgia. The countries’ capital city, Tunis lays on the Mediterranean See. Tunisia has mild winters in the north and a dessert climate in the south.
