for Homework Hassles Volume 28 Chart a CourseYour book of lesson plans plots your course for the week. Why shouldn't your students have a similar resource? Students practice graphing skills and keep track of their homework assignments with a weekly chart. Create a table that features the days of the school week in order going down the left side of the chart and the subjects your students study across the top. (You might also allow an extra column for notes.) As your students receive their homework each day, have them record it on the chart. If they use binders, this page is a handy guide to slip into a front pocket and an excellent reference for parents. Article by Cara Bafile
