REVIEW:
This page was set up to help kids learn basic math skills using the Internet. Because of the simplicity, this site would be appropriate for
grades K-12 but would greatly reinforce lower level lesson plans. The user can choose the flash card to provide equations for
addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and a combination of addition and subtraction. Other options to set include the "complexity"
(the amount of numbers in an equation, from two to ten) and the numbers to be used (from 0-999). Once the flash card is set up
a random equation appears with a box for the user to input an answer. The program either displays a congratulations message or an error message
and gives the correct answer. Since the problems are randomly generated this program could be used over and over again. This could be a great
starting point for math teachers new to the internet and wanting to incorporate an interactive lesson into their classroom but it is also a good
resource for anyone wishing to brush up on math skills.
