G'Day Mate!

Brief Description

This is a WebQuest on the country of Australia. Students in third grade will work with a partner on the computer and explore the web links, which are available on the WebQuest, to find out the topics they are interested in. Once their research is collected, they will put their information into book format using the software program called EasyBook by Sunburst. The lesson plan can be found at http://dowslane.org/gday.html G'Day Mate!

Objectives

Students learn about another culture and at the same time explore oceans and fish through the study on the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Australia.
