Lesson Plan
Dinosaurs inhabited the earth from about 250 million years ago to 65 million years ago – a time period known as the Mesozoic Age. The Mesozoic age is divided into three periods, listed from earliest to latest: Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous. Life on Earth differed during each of these periods due to changes in plant life that affected the development of animal life.
