Plan a quiet "Shout-Out Friday." Every Friday afternoon, ask each student to write something positive about the past week and add it to a "Shout-Out Friday" bulletin board. Positive comments might compliment an individual, a group of students, or the entire class (or the teacher!). The papers on the "Shout-Out Friday" bulletin board will serve as a visual reminder of all the positive things going on in the classroom each week.
