Relax
During the Test

Teach students some quick ways to relaxing when its test time or during testing:

  • Close your test booklet and close your eyes.
  • Think of a special place that makes you feel happy and peaceful. Imagine being in that place.
  • Take a couple of deep breaths.
  • Imagine yourself relaxing in your special place, or recall a nice memory from that place.
  • Take a couple more deep breaths.
  • Open your eyes, open the test booklet, and try again.
