Twitter Cracks Down on Bullying

Twitter is making it easier for users to report abuse while also clarifying the type of talk it will permit.

TweetAimed squarely at those who use the social media platform to bully, threaten and harass others, Twitter's new tool for thwarting these efforts is a new button for reporting abuse. The single-click method for reporting abuse replaces the previous method, which involved navigating to seperate pages on the site and completing an abuse form.

In schools, there is an established physical education curriculum and time set aside for physical activity to coincide with academic study.

However, this is not good enough.

As we witness continued and new waves of societal problems: mental health crisis such as sharp...

Administrators Visibility

With schools slowly returning to normalcy, it is more important than ever to have the administrative team visible to students, teachers and parents.

A principal and administrators must be flexible to accommodate the changing needs and expectations of the school and community. Now more than ever, students, staff and parents need to see the principal and administrators in the halls, at bus duty, in the classrooms, in the cafeteria and at extracurricular activities. It is also...

Using Steam and Stem in the ECE...

As we get ready to head in to summer, I know you are thinking about taking a break! You should be.  But, as a teacher, I know my brain was always thinking, “what is something new I will try next year”?  I am going to break down STEAM and STEM learning this summer in a several part series, to make it easier to try to organize and decide what YOU want...
