REVIEW:
This is a great site for elementary students who are making their
own fall leaf scrapbook. Included in this scrapbook are more than
ten pictures of deciduous tree leaves found in the Missouri Botanical
Garden. The Tree Identification Guide helps students determine the
type of deciduous tree by the shape of their leaves. Each leaf in
the guide is accompanied by a small map of North America that shows
the location of these kinds of trees. There is also a leaf terms
guide that includes a series of diagrams labeling the different
types, shapes, and parts of leaves. |
