Desktop Superstar!
Add a photo to your computer's desktop.

You can customize your Windows desktop with a personal photo. First, save the photo to your computer. Then right-click on your Desktop and select Properties. Choose the Desktop tab and click Browse. Highlight the photo you want to use, and then click OK (or Open). Choose Center from the drop-down menu under Position, and click OK!

Size Matters!
Reduce the size of a photo.

To reduce the file size of a photo or other graphic, go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office Tools and open Microsoft Photo Editor. Then open the file of the photo and go to File>Save As. Click the Options button and move the toggle to the left to reduce the amount of memory space the photo takes up. How big should the photo be? Approximately 150-200K (kilobytes) is big enough to see details, but small enough to e-mail easily or upload to a Web site.
