Fox's Anger Chart

Wire Side Chat From the moment nine-year-old Penny sets foot in the schoolyard one morning, things make her angry. First, it's the trash thoughtlessly tossed on the playground, then an unkind comment from another student, then a history quiz she forgot to study for. By the time she gets home at the end of a long, frustrating day, Penny is ready to scream. And she does -- at her mother!
