Directions for Mac Users
- Open an existing Word document.
- Click Tools in the menu bar.
- Select Track Changes.
- Select Highlight Changes.
- Click Track changes while editing.
- Changes to the document will be displayed in red.
- Other group members can review changes and then click Tools and select Track Changes to Accept Changes or Reject Changes.
- A window will appear and prompt the reader to accept or reject each change.
