Minimize your PowerPoint presentation: Click the underscore icon ( _ ) at the top right of the PowerPoint window.

Open the Sound Recorder:

• Click the Start button at the bottom left of your computer screen.
• Select All Programs (or Programs)>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder.
  
  
• The Sound Recorder will open on your Desktop.
