• Click the template you would like to open. (These Rich Text File (RTF) templates are editable in most word processing and text editing programs.)
• After opening the template, go to File > Save As on your toolbar, and save the form to your hard drive.
• For best results, close your browser or hit the Back button before opening the editable template from your hard drive.
• Edit the template to meet your own needs; change the text and/or the art. Then save and print as desired.

Attention Mac Users: If you experience difficulty opening these Word-formatted templates directly from the site, follow the directions below:

• Hold down the control key as you click the desired template. Choose to download the template to disc.
• Save the template to your harddrive without opening it.
• Open Microsoft Word.
• Choose file > open and browse to find the template you just downloaded.
• Click to open the template in Word. When the edited template is re-saved, it will be saved with the corresponding Mac information, allowing it to be directly opened in the future.
