SunGard K-12's eSchoolPLUS 4.0 Shines At ISTE 2015

Student management systems aren’t the easiest builds when it comes to EdTech, however it looks like SunGard K-12 has found the perfect formula as their eSchoolPLUS 4.0 platform shined bright at the ISTE 2015 by Tech and Learning.

“SunGard K-12 Education's eSchoolPLUS 4.0 was named one of the Best of Show by Tech & Learning at the 2015 International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference and Expo, which was held in Philadelphia, Pa,” according to a Benzinga release.

“The next-generation student information system was called a game-changer by a team of experienced educational technology advisers who reviewed new products being released at this respected international conference.”

Professional end users and editors of education technology were the judges of the vast amount of products showcased at ISTE. The tech showcase is meant to display solutions to next generation education technology, a cause that has been growing significantly in the last five years.

“The next-generation student information system, eSchoolPLUS 4.0 is a forward-thinking solution for student information management that helps educators directly and positively impact student achievement,” according to Benzinga.

“This latest version of the solution amplifies SunGard K-12 Education's award-winning student information system with a smart user interface and a variety of features that promote collaboration.”

One of the most talked about feature of eSchoolPLUS 4.0 is the usability factor. Complicated student management systems could end up making an educator or students’ life harder, the eSchoolPLUS 4.0 system was praised for it’s usability factor by judges.

"eSchoolPLUS 4.0 meets educators where they are by leveraging the latest technology to create a progressive, highly usable, and forward-thinking solution for student achievement."

There are a surplus of companies who are trying to enter the EdTech market but among those displayed at ISTE 2015, the eSchoolPLUS 4.0 made the most impact.
