Roger Lee, who manages this pleasant site for a PreK-5 school in the Dallas area, reports that they update weekly and aim to provide a valuable resource for students, families, and teachers. Clearly, this school believes in integrating technology for even their youngest students, as evidenced by the site's "For Little Kids" area. They also put student work online and have some pretty nice drop-down menus for navigation.
The involvement of kids in the site is evident in some of the whimsy, like the "BTV Virtual Tour" of the school, in which images of the school are "framed" to be pictures appearing in a clip-art TV set. This friendly touch is echoed by the friendly pictures that are colorful and really light up the site with a human touch.
