CONTENT:
The Space Place is full of great spacey things to make and do. This site is filled with projects and activities related to current space missions and information.

AESTHETICS:
The site features lots of space graphics that are sure to turn kids on to astronomy and space science.

ORGANIZATION:
Check out the site map to get an overview of what's available, and use the handy navigation bar at the bottom of the pages. The site can be slow loading.

REVIEW:
The Space Place has an impressive list of sponsors and participants, including NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Kids are sure to love the fun and unusual activities outlined on this site and will learn lots doing them. Activities include building a balloon-powered asteroid Nanorover, learning about naming trees from space, and solving extraterrestrial riddles. Kids also have an opportunity to express their visions for the next millennium and have their ideas and drawings on the subject published on the site. Don't miss this one!
