Impact II : The Teachers Network -- TEACHNET
http://www.teachnet.org/

B+ CONTENT:
The site is designed mostly to help teachers utilizing the internet to share ideas and get information on available grants and projects.

B AESTHETICS:
The site has a few graphics but the eye-catcher is the background which resembles a notepad page. Some of the pages are wordy but contain links throughout.

A ORGANIZATION:
The bulletin board at the top of the Home Page is the easiest way to get around. A reader can scroll through the rest of the page but has to read a lot of information between links.

B+ REVIEW:
The page is a kind of homeroom for teachers to share ideas and read about others' ideas. The site contains a lot of information in some areas and can be slow going in some parts. The section on classroom projects is quite extensive (500) but has a searchable database for locating information on specific projects. The site is updated frequently and also has a bulletin board where teachers can participate in Online forums to share ideas. An encouraging source for creative teaching.
