REVIEW:
This website is a good starting point. The author is a junior high school Language Arts teacher that has been compiling recommended reading
lists since 1993 and posting them to this internet site. Also included here are reviews of multimedia and links to feature pages (generally authors'
homepages or book reviews). The lists themselves are not linked to other sites on the internet nor are there reviews or descriptions accompanying the
titles, both of which would enhance this site greatly. However, the author does post his email address and invites questions and comments on the site.
Some of the books listed also carry a parental warning on violent and/or sexual content. The site does have links to outside resource pages as well. This
would be a good place for teachers wishing to prepare a reading list for the year as well as parents looking for some ideas for books for their children.
