REVIEW:
The World Lecture Hall contains "links to pages created by faculty worldwide who are using the Web to deliver class materials. For example, you will find course syllabi, assignments, lecture notes, exams, class calendars, multimedia textbooks, etc." There is a what's new page that allows the user to quickly see what has been recently added without searching through the various subjects. Each section has a large header title and the sections are separated by divider lines making it very easy to scroll through the list without getting lost. The page is setup that once a particular subject gets five or more listings it has its own file but the topics list provides the link to the page. Subjects range from advertising to vocational education and the list seems to be growing rapidly. Educators can add their own page if they wish with the easy form for adding materials. A wonderful tool for teachers and educators but also for students curious about particular disciplines or even specific classes.
