REVIEW:
Scribbles is a great site for children to learn about art and have their work published. Several Art Activities and contests of varying degrees of difficulty are provided along with an interactive Coloring Book, drawing tools, and a Mona Lisa Puzzle. Kids' Korner offers free art software for download, including Drawing for Children and Sean's Magic Slate. Student work is showcased at Kids' Showcase, which features an artist each month and provides a project based on the artist's work. A list of items needed for your art kit, a color wheel, a glossary of art terms, and a page of optical illusions are offered at Reference. The Educational Art sections provide information on art history and art assignments that students can do at school or home. Included are tips and tricks, art safety, clip art, and much, much more.
