CONTENT:
Designed by fifth graders for the ThinkQuest Junior competition, this site explains epilepsy in terms children can understand.

AESTHETICS:
The site has a simple layout with an animated title banner that will probably appeal to fourth and fifth graders. There are a few other simple graphics.

ORGANIZATION:
The site is organized with text links to all the major sections from the main page.

REVIEW:
This site features Alyssa's Epilepsy Diary. Alyssa is one of the site's authors, and her diary chronicles her life as an epileptic. Other children can learn from Alyssa that a normal life is possible. for people who have epilepsy. Students will find information on the illness, its history, genetics, and treatments. Included is advice to help kids understand epilepsy, what to do when someone has a seizure, and tips for protecting your brain. Children will enjoy the animations and the easy-to-understand format.
