This site from the International Polar Foundation (IPL) offers information and materials -- including teaching suggestions and animations -- for teaching about the polar environment and climate change.

REVIEW:
EducaPoles explores the environment of the Polar Regions and climate change. The site offers many educational materials for teachers, as well as a comprehensive Multimedia section. This section contains animations, pictures and games that can be used as teaching tools, covering such topics as Polar flora and fauna, climate and climate change, movements of the earth, Polar nights, the global water cycle, Polar exploration, energy, and sustainable development.
