BAM! is designed to be a health information resource for middle elementary through high school students and their teachers. Sections of the site deal with eating healthy, exercising wisely, disease control, and staying safe while enjoying all kinds of sports and activities. Fit For Life offers a section titled Motion Commotion with activities and articles about exercise and U Are What U Eat which deals with proper nutrition. Whiz Kids introduces youngsters to young experts in more than twenty sports and these expert kids talk about their sport -- with tips and tricks about being successful and safe.
