CONTENT: This site host a collection of teacher-made comprehension tests based on popular trade books across the grade levels.
AESTHETICS: This very simple site is not glossy, but the content will be useful to teachers who are using trade books in their reading program.
ORGANIZATION: A simple alphabetical index links to each of the titles. Returning to the homepage requires users to us the "Back" button on the browser.
REVIEW: These teacher-created tests were originally developed to be imported into the popular Accelerated Reader® software program. They can also be downloaded and printed for classroom use. Included in the archive of tests are such children's favorites as Always Room for One More, Bravo, Amelia Bedelia, Cinderella, (Hank the Cowdog) Every Dog Has His Day, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and many more. There is also a section of favorites that groups the tests by theme as well as by author.
