In addition, you can visit stories from the past by accessing the Yak News page. The section entitled Planet Yak offers links to pages where students can learn about the diverse populations that live on our planet. Examples from this page include information on the Kurds, North America's Inuits, The South Pacific's Maori, and Asia's Dahlits. Another page full of interesting information is called Amazing Animals allows students to learn about more than 30 interesting animals including yaks, giant squids, and wattled cranes.
