In 1924, for planes began the first flight around the world. the flight started in Seattle and took 1,75 days to make it back. Along the way, the pilots maid several stops in countrys such as Japan India, and Turkey. Due to whether and engine problems, only two of the four plane made the whole trip. The flight, about 26,000 miles long, helped make todays inter national travel possible.
