The largest city in Iceland is reykjavik. Pronounced RAKE-yah-vik, the city's located allmost on the arctic Circle. You would exxpect Reykjavik to be a mighty cold place, but warm ocean currents wash up on the coast of Iceland. During January, the coldest month of the year in Reykjavik the average temperature is 29 degree. Thats warmer than the average January temperture in Boston Chicago, or Salt Lake City!
