DIRECTIONS: Visit the Got Milk? Web site and read about ways that milk helps your body stay healthy. When you've finished, fill in the chart below with different foods that you like to have that contain milk. Consider trying your plan for a week to make sure you get enough calcium for your growing bones! Remember, your body needs four servings of milk products a day.
