3. In the table below, write in alphabetical order the names of the states that begin with the letter M. Look at the column for 1999. Fill in the chart with the percentage of the population younger than 18 for each state. In the last column, rank each state from 1 to 8. Give the state with the largest percentage of people younger than 18 the ranking of 1.
