Lesson Plan

Encourage students to read the interviews at Our Veterans Memorial or in other print and online resources. Then ask them to locate family or community members who fought in World War II and interview them about their experiences.

Assessment

Evaluate students' interviews on the degree to which their questions demonstrate their understanding of the war.
